Mom of three ยท Founder of Net Positive

Real food, clean homes, fewer plastics.

I read labels obsessively. This site is a working library of what's actually clean in the grocery store, the bathroom, and the laundry room โ€” sorted by what to buy, what to swap, and what to leave on the shelf.

Five categories. One simple test.

My Approach

Ingredient-first. Evidence-based. No greenwashing.

Marketing on the front of the package is opinion. The ingredient panel on the back is fact. I work backwards from the panel.

01

Read the label

Every product I review starts with the actual ingredient panel. Front-of-package claims like "natural," "wholesome," and "clean" are not regulated. The back of the package is.

02

Cite the science

I link out to the studies, the regulatory documents, and the third-party testing data. If something is contested, I tell you it's contested. No fake certainty.

03

Recommend what's available

The cleanest product in the world is useless if you can't find it at your grocery store. Every recommendation is something you can actually buy in the U.S. today.

About

I'm Tasha. Mom of three under four, founder of Net Positive.

I read labels because I have to. With three kids under four in the house, I've done the homework on what's actually clean โ€” in food, on skin, and across the laundry room โ€” so other moms don't have to start from scratch. No fear-mongering, no $80 ingredients, no 47-step protocols.
